  • 2. App Download Instructions

    You can download the SuperBand app using either of the following methods:

  • • Scan the QR code to download the SuperBand app
  • • Search for “SuperBand” in the App Store or Google Play
  • 3. Feature Overview & Operations

    Button Operations:

  • 1.Power On/Off: Press and hold the side function button for 2-4 seconds.
  • 2.Returning to Previous Page (Second and Third Pages): Single press to go back to the previous page.
  • 3.Dial Screen: Single press to turn off the screen.
  • 4.In Screen Off Mode: Single press to turn on the screen.
  • 5.Settings: You can adjust display brightness and set screen-off time by scrolling down. You can also enable or disable the vibration wake-up feature.
  • 6.Alarm: You can set alarms as needed.
  • Swipe Down on the Dial Screen:

  • 1.Battery percentage is displayed in bars.
  • 2.BLE/BR connection icons.
  • 3.Download the app QR code.
  • 4.Version information and Bluetooth name are displayed at the bottom.
  • Swipe Up on the Dial Screen:

    1.Access the function page.

    Swipe Left/Right on the Dial Screen:

    1.Switch between photos (if photo carousel is not enabled).

    Send Feature:

  • 1.Select the dial you want to send, then click the send icon to transfer the dial to another device.
  • 2.If you haven't entered the transfer page, swipe left on the prompt page ('Sending, confirm the recipient has opened receiving') to cancel the send.
  • 3.Once the sending is successful, the page will return to the dial page.
  • Receive Feature:

  • 1.Once the sending device has confirmed sending, the receiving device just needs to click to accept the transfer and enter the transfer page.
  • 2.If you haven't entered the transfer page, swipe left on the prompt page ('Waiting to receive, confirm the sender has opened sending') to cancel the reception.
  • 3.After receiving successfully, the page will return to the dial screen.
  • Note: The sending and receiving features require both devices to be active.

    Display & Brightness Settings:

  • 1.Always On Screen: When enabled, the screen stays on until manually turned off. When disabled, the screen turns off according to the set screen-off time.
  • 2.Screen-Off Time: Options for 5S, 10S, 15S, 20S, 30S, 60S. After selecting the desired time, the screen will turn off after that duration.
  • QR Code:

    Scan to download the device connection app.

    Carousel:

    Carousel Animation On: All dials on the dial screen will play automatically.

    Carousel Animation Off:

    Dials must be manually swiped left or right to switch between them.

    Delete Dial:

  • 1.Select the dial you want to delete, then click the delete button and select ‘√’ to delete.
  • 2.To cancel, click the ‘×’ button.
  • 3.If this is the last dial, it cannot be deleted and a message will appear: ‘Only one dial remains, cannot be deleted.’
  • Support Light:

  • 1.Click the flashlight icon, double-click to flash the support light.
  • 2.Swipe left to change the support light color: white, blue, red, green, purple, yellow, sky blue.
  • 3.Swipe right to exit the support light function.
  • Settings (General):

  • 1.Language Settings: Switch between various languages.
  • 2.User Manual: Scan to access the user manual.
  • 3.QR Code: Scan to download the device connection app.
  • 4.About: Version information, Bluetooth name, version number, and QR code.
  • 5.Power Off: Click to select whether to shut down the device.
  • 6.Restore Factory Settings: Click to choose whether to restore the device to factory settings.
  • Carousel Animation:

  • 1.Carousel Animation On: All dials on the dial screen will play automatically.
  • 2.Carousel Animation Off: Dials must be manually swiped left or right to switch between them.
  • Volume Adjustment:

    Click the left and right icons to adjust the volume level.

    Display & Brightness:

    Adjust the screen brightness and screen-off time according to your preference.

    Charging Operations:

    Charging On: You can use the device while charging. A charging icon will appear in the battery area when charging.

    Charging Off: The device cannot be used while charging.

    Device and App Connection:

  • 1.Click on the unconnected device name to establish a Bluetooth connection.
  • 2.Single Image Push: Open the phone’s album permissions, select an image to upload. After a successful upgrade, the device will receive the selected image.
  • 3.Video Push: Open the phone’s album permissions, select a video to upload. After a successful upgrade, the device will receive the selected video.
  • 4.Find Device: Click ‘Find’ and the device will flash the support light.
  • 5.Online Upgrade: If there is an update available, click to perform an OTA update.
  • 6.Restore Factory Settings: Click to choose whether to restore the device to factory settings.
  • 7.About: App version information and download QR code.
  • 4. Charging Instructions:

  • Locate the charging port on the back of the device, and attach the charging cable using the magnetic connection.
  • Use the included USB charging cable for connection.
  • Charging Icon On: Indicates the device is charging.
  • Circle Fully Filled: Indicates the device is fully charged.
  • Charging Time: Approximately 2-4 hours.
  • 5. Safety Precautions:

  • Do Not Disassemble, Drop, Burn, or Throw into Fire.
  • Keep Small Parts Away from Children: To prevent accidental swallowing.
  • Avoid Using While Charging: If the device overheats, deforms, or emits an unusual smell, stop using it immediately.
  • Do Not Store or Use in High Temperature or High Humidity Environments.
  • 6. Troubleshooting:

  • Device Won't Turn On?
  • Try charging the device for 30 minutes, as the battery may be fully drained.
  • Charging Indicator Not On?
  • Check if the charging cable and charging head are securely connected. Try using a different charging cable or USB port.
  • Bluetooth Not Detected or Connection Failed?
  • Restart the device and refresh the app.
  • Content Not Displayed?
  • Re-upload the file or try restarting the device.
  • Caring Tips:

  • Cleaning: Use a soft microfiber cloth to gently wipe the surface. Storage: Store in a cool, dry place, and avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight.
  • Safety: The device is not waterproof. Do not expose it to rain or submerge it in water. Avoid impacts or drops.
